FREE MAGAZINE SUBSCRIPTIONS

I surprisingly had no trouble with this!

And with no help from the kids either.

Did it on my iPhone and had to download the free app. It went smoothly for me. I have had a subscription with MagShop in the past and used my log on details so maybe that helped.

On a flight to Adelaide last weekend it was very handy to have Good Health to read on my phone!

Did you follow the steps that I posted? Then you have to download the actual mag app that you have chosen. Good luck they are a little tricky to start.

I’ve given up! Just too hard! Also, all I have is a desktop computer, which won’t let me download the app anyway.

I’ve emailed twice to get help. But nothing seems to be working on my end. The app wouldn’t let me log in!
Was looking forward to reading the magazines on the train!

After the confirmation I then had to download the Haper’s app and then I found it.

We are happy to confirm that we have located your digital subscription to Haper’s Bazaar. You currently have a digital edition for free. Please be advised that this is currently available for iPads and iPhones running iOS8 and above and Android tablets with screens 7 inches and up.

To access your digital subscription, please follow the steps below:

• Download the Harper’s Bazaar app through the iTunes App Store or Google Play.

• Once the app has been downloaded successfully, please open the app and go to Menu (tap the 3 lines at the top-right corner of the screen)

• Tap Sign-In and enter your email address:______________ and your Magshop password

Go to library and download the issues included with your subscription

To recover your password:

• Go to Magshop website http://www.magshop.com.au
• Select Login/Register
• Login using your email address: ________________
• Tick the box and select ‘Forgot your password’
• Password Recovery: Put your email address again and select Recover

• You will be receiving an email notification via email and will give further instruction on how to reset your password. If you are using this email and clicked on “forgot password” yet you have not received an email with further instructions on how to retrieve your Magshop online account, please use other browsers such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox when clicking on the link provided for resetting your Magshop online account password.

• To change your password please click the following link: Password Reset

If you are still unable to download a magazine please uninstall and then reinstall the application. Once the application is reinstalled, if using an Apple device, it may take a few hours for it to synchronise with your iTunes account, but once this happens you will be able to download your magazine.

Mine didn’t work either.. With the app. I got a confirmation email to say payment processed but then when I went to login on the app it said something went wrong. They said I would have a response in 3-4 days! I don’t get it ! But hopefully they will fix the problem for me

I had a little problem with getting mine going but I emailed Magshop and they helped me out so I am up and going!!! Now I can read my mag in bed with the light off, yay!!

I think it is available until October based on the email I received from my order confirmation there was a little note about the date. I haven’t purchased it yet though as still not sure which one I want LOL!
