    I have 2 queries now. Bday points and typing reviews. I typed a review today and now can’t find it. I went to double check on it in pending to check for spelling etc and it wasn’t there. I have a few reviews to write but want to know my first review went through?

      The “”pending”” disappeared from the reviews a while ago, Beauty Obsession, so it isn`t possible to see it as we used to.

      Did you email Lauren, re your b/day points? I`ve lost track of who has their b/day points and who is still waiting I`m sorry. Lauren`s email, in case you do need it, is

      lauren@beautyheaven.com.au Sorry, if I`d looked at the header for this thread I`d have seen that Lauren actually gave her email address.

      As far as I know, no one has received their b/day points recently without emailing. Hope you are properly well again.

        Thank you Trish. I didn’t realise the reviews had changed. I had some time today to start a few but stopped at one when i couldn’t see it.

        I have emailed Lauren but haven’t received a reply as yet. She must be inundated with emails so I thought she may see here instead. Thanks again x

    I am also awaiting birthday points from my birthday back in April, I sent through an email a while back as well, I think mine may have gotten lost too.

    Hi Lauren!

    I know this has been a while, but I was part of the Love Beauty Planet trial and there were bonus points for posting an image to social media. I’ve posted it and sent the screenshot through to Jessica O’Donnel on 8th June (before the deadline).
    Would you by any chance know about this issue?

    I know this is an old thread but I couldnt find any other existing thread that would work.

    Lauren ….My youngest daughter Rosieglow emailed you re her missing birthday points but didnt hear anything so I emailed on her behalf but also didnt hear anything. Im not sure if our emails have gone to the spam folder or if others who have emailed and had their birthday points sorted just happened to email at the right time. Either way I thought I would try here for her as well. Thanks in advance 🙂

      I have emailed Lauren about my missing points for the “”Showbag”” bonus points (which was months ago now) and she said to email Stephanie which I have done a few times, but I have heard nothing for months now, almost give up

        Ive always emailed Lauren in the past repoints Shop A Everyday and they have been sorted swiftly. My youngest is visiting at the moment for the school holidays and as her points had not gone into her account I told her to email Lauren. I know others that missed out on points around the same time ….Jatz and my daughter share a birthday…. they emailed Lauren and received their points swiftly. Perhaps she is having a week off or perhaps I should suggest she email Stephanie also…hhmm … Perhaps they need a dedicated email for tech issues such as log in problems and any issues with points

      Sticky as in forum threads? A sticky thread is one that is created by Admin & “”pinned”” to the top of the list of threads. The ones below the sticky threads might go up or down on the list, with the most recently used thread at the top (but directly UNDER any sticky threads).

      Tip: most regular forumites stick to “”Latest”” & maybe “”Hot Topics””, occasionally checking out “”New Topics””. Otherwise, the forum can get confusing.
