Doing my thesis on skincare, looking for product surveys.

I am doing my university thesis on beauty/skin cream brands and wondering if anyone has an example of a product testing survey for an anti aging cream product.

Basically looking for a list of questions that are asked to testers for feedback on a new skincare product, for example the texture, scent etc…

Would be amazing if anyone has a list of those questions.

    Hmm I am actually looking for a list of questions that they would ask to their testers on the skincare product.

    So questions like “How well would you rate the texture out of 10” etc… but then more advanced questions.

    Basically looking for a survey question list.
