BH showbag

I just treated myself to my first Beauty Heaven “snow bag” cost me $25+ and I am sorry to say I am really disappointed
Cheap samples of products I would not usually use or trial

Does not meet my expectations of the quality usually associated with BH.

I was trialling as I thought it’d make a great gift for family, friends and clients/ can’t recommend and would not buy one ever again

    I thought the showbag was a pretty cool idea, and it was a great price. But I was expecting a bit more, I guess because BH have been so generous with samples in the past, that this seemed poor quality compared. I’ve only really used the shampoo.

    I’ve just had a reply from bh confirming my missing bonus points have just been added.

    Has anyone missed received their bonus review points? I haven’t said anything until now because I though they must be going to be put into our points after the 3rd of May but I haven’t had any bonus points put in yet. Wondering if it’s just my account not getting them or is everyone else missing them too?

    I could find Eleni’s email to message her to let her know either.

      Hmm I emailed on Monday but still haven`t received any reply or adjustment to points. Hope the BH ladies are ok.

      I received them for the ones done in the past week, but not for the earlier ones. I have emailed the BH ladies with details of each review with missing points. Eleni suggested to me in the past to just use info@beautyheaven.com.au – it goes to more than one person including her,

        I also received bonus points for my reviews last week but not the ones from the week before so I have sent an email.

    Has anyone received bonus points for their reviews? I’ve submitted 2 reviews so far and only received 5 points for each.

      Hi Belle88, no I haven`t received any of the bonus points for the products in the showbag yet either. (Just saw your post after I`d written my one below.)

    I originally posted this comment saying that I was missing three items. Embarrassingly, they were inside the box all the time – they had just fallen out of the bag and I only just saw them. ‘Duh. Sorry BH.

    Thanks everyone – clearly, I didn’t receive everything that was on the list – only about half of them.

    So yes, disappointed.

    I have written to BH to see if they can help.

      Oh wow, I`m so sorry you got so few of the products. No wonder you were disappointed. I hope BH or the showbag store can sort it out for you.

    I saw their bag this year & last and never bought as agree products didn’t look the greatest. The manicare towel is great though and I hear lanolips is really good too.

    flavietta, are some items missing from your photo? There’s far less in there than expected.

    I ordered the show bag thinking that the Natio sunscreen and Herbal essence shampoo + conditioner were full size, but upon closer inspection of the photo, it doesn’t look like it – the shampoo/conditioner look more like 100ml, and the sunscreen maybe 30-50ml (instead of 100ml full size). Oh well.

      Items in the photo are all that I received – I guess I didn`t look closely enough at the descriptions – they are sample sizes and I didn`t get both shampoo and conditioner as suggested in the photo on line
