I just saw the winners list – congratulations everyone! I hope you have all been enjoying your discovery bags.

Just to let everyone know I emailed Eleni about there not being a link for the face mask.I received a reply saying there isn’t going to be a link posted to review the UltraDerm mask and to enjoy using the product without the worry of having to review it.

I loved the perfume and the concept of using 100 % pure essential oils as a perfume.
Agree the scent is different , kind of gives me a feeling of zen. Good for meditation.
Also agree that the perfume does not have staying power. It disappears quickly and have to re-apply often. I think the reason is as the base is Jojoba oil, which is lightweight and rubs off my skin easily. Maybe if a thicker oil base was used it would have more staying power.

Comparing to another brand of essential oil perfumes Sonia Washburn That I got to try in last years discovery bag , I prefer Sonia washburn perfume oils for their staying power and cheaper price.

So I used the fake tan yesterday.

The instructions did not warn me against this but is there an rule about not epilating the day before fake tanning? The reason why I ask is that though a get a streak free result I found that the colour settled in an developed around my hair follicles making it look like I have dark leg hairs (they are blonde). I did exfoliate on the day as well…

My legs are tanned and a bit speckled with tiny little dark spots.

How is everyone going using their products?

I did apply for the August Discovery Bag but I did not get on the list in the email thread, nor did I get any email confirming that I made it into the trial yet today I got the parcel…It is nice to get it and I’ll do the reviews but I am a little confused.

Hi fellow discovery bag users – I’ve just tried the mask and have had a reaction to it. My skin was cleansed but dry when I applied it and on removal I am quite red and blotchy. I never react to anything so watch out if you have any sensitivity. I will update you in the morning to let you know if it has settled down.
Next morning – most of the red has gone now, just a bit on my cheek which may be the side I sleep on. My skin feels a little dry but that is because I’d washed the mask serum off and didn’t put anything else on to avoid irritating it.
