Adding Products to the list
Hi I was wondering how to get products added to any of the lists so we can review them.

I get where kic is coming from with this forum post though, especially if your new to the site. There are a lot of brands that you would expect to see on here that are not. Petals explanation of why they are not necessarily on here is good for the newer members. Mind you, I wonder if anyone has ever emailed a company and got them on board the BH train.

I did message (on Instagram) an Australian natural brand that I use (and now my daughter and boyfriend also smitten with) a year ago CaitMay about how I wished their products were on Bh so I could rave and review their products.
Can’t remember the exact reply but the inference was that it would be (shhhh) by the end of the year! Well that has come and gone and nothing.
This brand has now gone from strength to strength and international so I guess they don’t need Bh exposure now?
A few weeks ago I also mentioned Bh to the sans (ceuticals) brand after purchasing their hair products (after being impressed with their samples in a tin recently). They are a New Zealand brand and I gave a shout to them about the Bh NZ site.
Doesn’t hurt to let them know!
Definitely promote Bh website to brands you use and are impressed by – heard about so many new brands (big and small) via bh’s website that I otherwise would never have discovered.

Thank you for sharing your story Kassalee! Now I know I will definitely shout out to companies that I like to let them know that we’re on here. Definitely agree about Sans, I picked up their face samples tin (as seen on the forum of course) and I received it last week and their oils are incredible- I’ve been using mine sparingly but am going to have to go back and purchase the activator 7 body hair face oil because it’s amazing and my skin has been glowing the last few days.

Impressed too with the Sans hair products and excellent communication with them regarding best products for my hair.
I took advantage of a voucher they offered ($15 off early last month) maybe ask if you can still use it.
If not, open an account and join their loyalty/rewards as I somehow managed to achieve a $10 voucher to use next time – don’t think there’s an expiry date.

Good work CaitMay and I’ll add my push when I let them know how their recommended hair products go (very impressed). I ordered one of the packs (in linen bag) and they happily allowed me to substitute conditioner – very flexible and accommodating.
Maybe I should start writing reviews in readiness!

kic, if you want to add products to a brand that is currently listed on BH, you can email the company to suggest that they add the product/s. I have done this several times, but my suggestions never got implemented.
I have also emailed companies to suggest that they update a photo of a reformulated product or change other relevant details. Some companies responded to my emails and others did not respond. At least I tried.
Regarding brands that are not listed on BH, you can email them to suggest that they join BH. I don’t know if anyone has done this, and if so, if this has been successful. Brands have to pay a substantial amount of money to have their products listed on BH, and they may not have the budget or willingness to do this.

Try contacting BH??? I think brands pay for space and advertising… Maybe contact the brand itself???

I agree this would be a great idea but BH are a profit making business too.
I think a suggestion box (link) would be a great idea. -

Lol unfortunately we don’t get a say in that kic, the companies decide if they want to enlist and stay on BH.
