I bought this sunscreen today as I was after a good priced one without any nasties. Looking forward to trying it.

I used this all week at camp and never had a problem with it. It IS a bit thick and unless I spent ages rubbing it in, it would leave white streaks on my skin and give me a very dry skin look, which I hated.

Not sure if I had any problems with putting it on my face because I’d been using Ego’s SunSense Moisturising Face which caused a rash.

With the flash straight after rubbing in. It’s shiny at first but after a while the shine goes away.

After rubbing a third of that amount into my hand for about 15 seconds.

Do you think it’s suitable for acne prone skin.. ?

I used it on my face and it didn’t break me out or cause a reaction of any kind. I heard zinc is good for acne too. I used my clarisonic to clean out my pores at the end of the day though. The only thing is it’s thick and needs a good rubbing in. It looks shiny after but a matte powder can help with that if you are concerned.

I use Soleo organics on my face usually and that is quite greasy at first but once it sinks in it’s fine. Soleo organics is much more greasy than this one. It’s shinier too. I’m not afraid of the oils though, I find they sink in and keep me hydrated. Hormones, stress and bad diet tend to cause pimples for me.

They do make one specifically for the face that I haven’t tried.

Well it’s zinc based and zinc is meant to be great for acne. Ironically Invisible Zinc broke me out a little (but I blame all of the other crap that they put in). This sunscreen is on my must-try list, I saw it in Priceline the other day and nearly bought the small sized tube before remembering that I rarely ever need to wear sunscreen 😛 Definitely sounds good though!

I want to try it now….. I always struggle to find a good sunscreen…..
