Solutions for Millia

Does anyone have suggestions on how to minimise millia (hard white little lumps underneath your skin – generally around the eyes and cheeks area)? Help!!

Yep I`ve read that using a little less eyecream can do the trick. Though I have to admit I had these milia when I was about 12 and I didn`t even use eye cream!! I do know they went away by themselves.

Its not fat, it`s keratin debris (dead skin cells) You get milia when you have a build up and there is no surface opening for it to escape (like a pore) I had one on my eyelid not long ago (it was there for months) I got a sterile splinter probe (from my first aid kit) and very gently pricked the top of it to break the skin, gave it a little squeeze and out it popped. Didn`t hurt at all.

hey ladies. I watched the facialist rid one off my friends eyelid. It was painful for her, she got this sterile SYRINGE, not thick needle to use at home and scraped the top lightly then squeezed real hard with tissue wrapped fingers on ither side of the millia, not 1 cm away form it. It just poppped out and looked like a clump of fat. In fact., she said to me, this is a clump of fat!!!
