Thanks jatz it must be a glitch, I mentioned to Jess about the trial team badge missing too, I see that all the other new ones that have been added are the same.

I’d also pointed out a member with 2 duplicate reviews posted 6 mins apart for the Day Cream – one with and the other without a Trial Team Badge – but they’re both still there!
Maybe they submitted the first one via the product review page then realised they had a link and put it through that way.
I tried doing it in the reverse – but it knows you have a pending review and won’t allow it!

Please be me for a while Lisa359!
How strange you’ve access to update MY review.
Is it for the serum or day cream or both! Give it a go!
I’ve never updated a review but from what’s been said lately, any additional wording you write to add to your review isn’t posted, only changing your star rating – I think!

This Trial Badge has created a lot of chatter and wished I’d seen it earlier so I could have responded.
I too noticed half of published reviews didn’t have the Trial team badge when I submitted mine on Sunday.
Initially I’d used the latest email Jess had sent but it wasn’t a personalised link so I went back to a previous email and this was more like it.
I’d emailed Jess after to let her know and I was worried triallers might get an email (like jatz) saying they hadn’t submitted their reviews if not done through the correct link.
Jess replied first thing yesterday morning to say that she does go through and add the trial team badges as she is collating the results and as the system wasn’t working when the trial initially commenced many people didn’t get their personalised review link.
So no gremlins Meedee, just our Jess working behind the scenes!

This has happened to me before Kassalee and it really gets confusing when you have done everything right. It`s more confusing when yours goes up the day before someone else but they have the badge and you don`t. I get confused easily :-/
I wasn`t going to email Jess until tomorrow but it`s on there now. When I saw mine, I looked for Margaret but she hadn`t gotten hers yet either. She might have it now, I don`t know as I just popped in for a sec.
I too noticed the member that had two reviews up. That could be an error of techno gremlins lol as that happened to me once and I only did the one review. That`s gremlins. I emailed BH when I saw it but nothing was done about it.
I don`t know if it`s different sending your review from a desktop computer to say by your phone. I couldn`t use my phone as I don`t use my phone for things like that.
At least we keep Jess busy 😛

I`ve just come in to check out Margaret before I head to physio and her serum review is showing but no badge but there is no review in for Day Cream yet.
What`s even weirder, I log in, go to All Brands for Nivea, bring it up and it then says I am not logged in. So I hit the back button to go back and says, You are Logged In. I tell you, technology hates me :-/
Sometimes I just leave it that I am logged in all the time and when I go to another page, I am not logged in again.
On that note, off to get some pain.

I only submit my reviews on a desktop computer/laptop jatz. It’s a challenge to post comments on my phone!
I access Bh mostly by my phone as I commute to and from work and at lunchtime. Sometimes on the laptop on the weekend – after looking at a screen all day and with current eye issues, last thing I want to do is come home from work and look at a screen!
And you miss various features of the site via phone such as the trial team badge being displayed.

Okay so did my reviews and put them in on Sunday. They are now showing on there yet they don’t have the Trial Team Tested Badge. Does it automatically go on? It’s just that I see some have put in their reviews yesterday and they have the badge already showing.
Then in my emails this morning, I get the email that I haven’t submitted my reviews and also not done the survey. I never ever got the survey after putting my reviews in through the link. So I had to go into the email link from way back and do it from there. All good, gone through.
I notice that Margaret also did her review on the same day and she hasn’t got the badge either. I always put my reviews on through the link in the email we get too. Who should I email to ask?

Jatz when you submitted your reviews did you use the link from the email you would have been sent? If you didnt use the link and simply found the product on the site and submitted the review as if you reviewing any other product then it wont register that you are part of the trial team. You must use the special link. Either way email BH about it and im sure they will fix it for you asap 🙂

The Trial Team badge is beside your posts now jatz. Same with mine, when I used the links from the email, no mentioning of it being Trial Team, but all good now.

I’ve only had the serum review approved jatz. I noticed I didn’t have my trial team badge either. I’ll wait and see, if it gets added later.

I’ve just put my reviews in too, I quite liked the serum, but, feel you would obviously have to use it for a long time. It would work out very expensive.
The Day Cream was disastrous for me, it went on ok to begin with, then after a few minutes, my skin started to sweat, every time. I persevered every day, but it was the same, whether a warm or cool day.
I don’t feel I had an allergic reaction to it like Am1851 but my skin certainly didn’t like it. Perhaps it was too rich for me. My skin is normal, with an oilier T zone.
Not dry in any way.
I wanted to like it! 🙁 -

I have just finished this trial and although I found I loved the day cream I was a little disappointed with the age spot remover, I have a lot on the back of my hands and thought Wow something that will help them go away, but alas it has made them a little less noticeable , faded a bit but still noticeable…as you can see by this photo I took. I also have one I took before I started to use this and you can hardly see any difference..I will continue using the serum just to see if a longer use will help.

Guys, I am working on pigmentation management for years now since joining BH. I have melasma and it takes time, lots of time to continuosly care and treat to see huge difference. And avoid getting more. SPF on the areas treated when on the sun. Serums day/night…I rotated whatever I got my hands on at the time. Now having a break. Just plumping the skin up. Pigmentation removal does not happen in a month. Not even with strongest clinical HQ (and on me even that did not work)

Agree with you shaper and also on this trial. I`ve been using the Spot Treatment Serum on my face as well as on the back of one hand – morning and evening.
I`ve used one pump each time (total of 3 pumps per day) and my serum ran out 2 days ago – so it lasted just short of 4 weeks.
Comparing my 2 hands, all I see is a slight overall lightness of my left hand and at $34.99 it`s not worth the little bit of difference – simply a skin lightener which is what it has also done on my face – a paler look.
Photo is taken in full sunlight and my spots are barely visible but they are there – how hard is it to take a pic of your hand with the opposite hand!

This is an update on my use of these products. Sadly I stopped using on my face after the first week as my eyes were so so irritated. I am not sure whether it was the serum or the moisturiser or a combination of both. At night I used a different night moisturiser over the serum as we didn’t get the night moisturiser in this trial but perhaps I was too close to my eye area, or the heat from bedding and such just caused the vapours to migrate to my eyes. Anyway, I looked like I had been crying, red rimmed eyes. I still used on my hands, but again, washing hands during the day surely washes the serum off. And at night I use hand cream too. The back of my hands has improved skin quality, at the time, perhaps the serum, perhaps the hand cream. The spots are still there, again slightly faded skin tone. I have returned to using the serum on my face, sparingly only. Again, slight difference, but I am not expecting a miracle or faded spots, even though there are only a few on my forehead and a couple on cheek area.
I do like Nivea as a product and usually don’t have any problems but maybe back to back on using another serious product on my face has made me even more sensitive. Would have loved to score the Nude by Nature trial as that wouldn’t have caused any issue with my eyes.
