    well that’s just weird, I was just scrolling through my reviews looking for one I wanted to update and just saw that I have been awarded a trial team badge for my review on this Nivea wash – but I wasn’t part of this trial team lol.

    I’m not on this great trial but I have been lucky enough to try the NIVEA creme care cleansing cream wash. It’s lather is calming and doesn’t bubble right up, instead its soft and luxurious leaving skin feeling beautiful. I find it highly hydrating and more like a cleansing moisturiser for the face. It really does keep the skins moisture balance in tact.

    I am finding this trial to be very disorganised. The survey link was sent out late.

    I’ve gotten so many emails asking me to submit my review which I had already did and three emails with the survey link – sent on Wednesday at lunch time and asking all of us to complete it by Thursday 5pm.

    This is not enough time and this is very short notice.

    We all have busy lives and my life and my family and my work comes first.

    I am grateful to be part of all this and getting to try these great products but this is adding stress to my already stressful life.

      The survey is only very short Ellyloves It only took me a couple of minutes to complete. Getting the emails reminding you to submit the review is more a reminder for those that havent submitted their reviews. We all get them and if you have already submitted your review then you just ignore them. I do remember when I received my first reminder email many trials ago that I freaked out and though that my review hadnt submitted correctly but of course it had and over time i learnt that the emails were simply general reminders sent to everyone. It does say in the emails that if you have any problems or concerns to send an email. That might be a good idea and im sure BH will work with you.

        Oh I know they are short but if you are travelling for work and you get one hour a day to yourself, I chose to catch up with my family and not bother to log on and complete a survey, even if it`s a short one.

        I prefer what they did before where they gave you two weeks` time for the review and the survey link at the same time and not have to keep checking for an email for the survey link at a later date.

    I’ve found that this doesn’t help me feel clean after only one use, but it’s humid. Is anyone else having the same issue? I know it’s a gentle cleanser, but once in one session doesn’t feel like much is clean 🙁

      Thought I`ll say a quick hi and that you`ve enjoyed trialling the NIVEA Creme Care Cleansing Cream Wash so far.

      The due date to submit your written review is at 5pm on 13th March 2017. The link to the survey isn`t available and as a result of this, I`ll give you an alternative due date to submit your survey. So please, don`t panic.

    I actually don’t think it’s causing pimples for me. I think for me it’s just hormonal.
