Intimate lightening cream

I have dark hair in my private areas and have laser hair removal but my laser hair therapist suggested I use a lightening cream in the area. Can anyone recommend some that are a decent price and actually work?

I recently started using the dermal.MD intimate lightening serum, and I am so happy that I did! This serum is really effective at helping to get rid of darker underarm and inner thigh areas. It is a great product that I would highly recommend!

I am really happy with the results💕✅

I’m getting a full Brazilian done as the laser therapist won’t just do my medical issue that is a pilonidal cyst. She’s the only one I found that I can get too as I don’t drive in the area I live.

What type of therapist tells a woman to lighten her vulva? (Or anus if this is the area you’re referring to). Either way, I’m sorry this happened, it’s blatant genital shaming and that’s just not ok.

I see where you`re coming from, Miss Danger; but in this case, it`s more of a safety concern. Laser targets pigment, so it`s ineffective on blonde or white hair. That makes laser safe to use on fair skin, but when used on dark skin tones, it can cause burns. The therapist would know how dark is too dark for safety.

I’ve used the Marzena hair lightener for facial hair and was satisfied with the result.

upd: I just saw you need to lighten skin not hair, can’t help with that 🙁

kic may I ask why they have suggested a lightening cream? I’m not sure what type of laser hair removal you are having but usually the darker the hair the better.

Let me jump in – the lightening cream would be for the skin. IPL works best on dark hair & fair skin. If the skin is too dark, it can cause burns.

Yes that was what I thought it would be for as we do ipl at my work but have always used a lower setting with more sessions. I have never heard of anyone using that before for that reason. Hopefully someone can help kic 🙂

Ah yes, Saffy I remember reading on your profile page that you`re a beauty therapist, so you`d know better than I would.

I won a home IPL device in a Bh comp a few years ago – WONDERFUL! But before that, I`d had a full Brazilian laser at a salon. It was embarrassing but effective. The therapist would tell me to lift one leg & get to work on Her Vagesty. I`d say: Gee, & I bet your friends all think you`ve got such a glamourous job! It gave her a laugh & lightened the tension a bit.

Don’t be embarrassed to have any treatments done that’s what we’re there for, we also have them done too so I totally understand how it feels to be the client. Haha her vagesty love that! Lots of people wonder what we do all day and assume we get to paint our nails out back… I wish lol
