Gua sha and jade roller

I have seen these items advertised constantly now. The price range can vary greatly so its hard to see what quality it is unless it is stocked on the shelves to see the items properly especially if it says real jade or rose quartz.

Hey Oonga! I have both and use the Gua Sha most days. Personally, I find it more effective than a jade roller. I bought mine on Amazon, so can’t recommend an Aussie retailer.

Drawn to crystals too. I don’t actually do anything with them but I like the feel and look of them 🙂

The reading I have done they both serve a different purpose but the gua sha is possibly more effective. So I’ll definitely try that and keep using the roller I currently have until I make further decisions. 🙂

I have a thing for crystals, not so much because they work but because they look good.
I have tried a few rollers but after a while they do tend to get squeaky so using the GUA SHA crystal would be the way to go. It is easier to hold when you are using oils too. Another bonus would be that when you are sick of it you could just display it 🙂
