Good moisturiser for combination skin

There is probably already a forum topic about this but I created another one anyway…

So I’m looking for a good moisturiser that works for both dry and oily skin. My forehead is still really dry, sometimes flaky, but my chin and around my nose are oily. I’m currently using Aesop Camellia Nut, which I loved, but it’s not doing much for me anymore. I also have blemished skin so if it helps with blemishes too that’s a bonus!

I was considering going back and buying the Frank Body moisturiser which I loved. I also tried the Body Shop drops of youth and pomegranate moisturisers on Friday which I didn’t mind, has anyone used any of those before? And what do you think of them?

Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated xxx

I really love using the Simple Light Moisturiser as i also have combination/sensitive skin and i find this product really helps with oiliness. I also like to use a weekly mask to help with the hydration of my skin. I recommend Palmers Purifying Enzyme Mask. Hope it helps xo

I use ora’s amazing herbal products, when my skin is really dry I use her body butter and it’s surprisingly not overbearing.

Here’s what I use and love:

    • Natural Instinct Facial moisturiser

    • Thursday Plantation Tea Tree Face Cream

    • Essano Rosehip with the spf15

They’re the best I’ve used so far, and I don’t think I’ll be getting rid of them anytime soon.

Another one I forgot to mention, is the ppl for plants day cream. Its got so many anti oxidats and really great at balancing skin. My skin is so up and down. Oily dry peeling and this is the bomb!

Moisture surge is a great moisturiser. It helped me enormously through my allergy. My go-to moisturiser is Dermalogica Active Moist

Ended up buying the Clinique Moisture Surge moisturiser, it’s amazing!! I’ve also been using the Go-To Face Hero oil, which is also amazing, so hydrating without the residue.

Thanks for you advice ladies xx

Not sure of your price bracket, but I always end up going back to the Ultraceuticals Ultra Hydrating Lotion for my combo skin (I have fewer blemishes now, but used to use this when I had more acne and was never a cause of further breakouts). I hate the price but a little goes a long way and it does a really solid job for different skin issues.
