Glowing Skin – Successful Face Remedy

We all want that radiance and freshness to appear on our face whenever we see ourselves in the mirror.

But we see the face that we don’t want to see. The dull, tired, faded face that has no sign of light.

But using these three simple ingredients that are patiently waiting in your pantry, have honestly changed my world and my face.

Those three ingredients are simply:
Olive Oil (prefferably organic)
Honey
Baking Soda

All you have to do is add a teaspoon of olive oil into a small bowl, add one and a half teaspoon of honey to that and one teaspoon of baking soda. Mix it into a thin paste or if you want a thicker paste just add some more baking soda.

After that, just wash your face and pat it dry to remove any greasiness and apply the paste to your face and neck, massaging it in a circular motion much like a scrub and leave it on for 10 minutes. Then wash off with warm water and apply any moisturiser of your choice.

It’s as easy as that! Do this once a week and you’re face will be glowing and even more beautiful than it already was.

I can believe this! Even honey used alone as a mask is amazing! I had awful hands the other day after doing too much cleaning and gardening so I coated my hands in honey and wrapped them in cling wrap for a few minuets and they came back to normal straight away. I couldn’t believe I’d forgotten this trick for so long. Must buy a big jar of honey tomorrow:)

That’s awesome, I’d love to try it. Q- how do you stop the sticky? Just washing?
I have done this with avodaco oil and jojoba but its not sticky?

It just washes off *ray_jay*. I still haven’t bought more honey. I always forget because I don’t buy it to eat!

I was naughty and pinched a bunch of little honey packets from McDonalds last time I was there getting coffee on the run!

sounds like something worth trying. Wondered if it was sticky but guessing the baking soda and oil counter act this. I am a fan of natural remedies.

This sounds great, thanks for sharing. But do you think I can use any other oil instead of olive oil? because I’ve got oily skin and therefore prefer grape seed oil
