Favourite Face Oil?

What is your favourite face oil?

I’ve been using the Sukin restoring Argan Oil+ which is working really well, I’m almost out of my bottle. Priceline and Chemist Warehouse both haven’t had it in stock for the past few weeks, a sales assistant even said it was likely getting discontinued.

I know I could find it online somewhere but I’d rather make the switch now to something more readily available.

I’m looking for any recommendations you may have! I have oily skin, though it’s super dehydrated so something heavy duty is fine.

My favorite face oil is sweet almond oil. I came to know about this oil when I get dark
circles due to long working hours in front of the computer, it is loaded with vitamin E.Apart from that I also use to apply almond oil on my face, it works as a moisturizer as well.

I keep it really simple and love the Rosehip Plus – Cold Pressed Organic Rosehip Oil. I use it pretty much every night just before bed.

I like to use mainly natural products like home remedies and whatnot because they seem to be the most effective for me. Coconut oil for oil cleansing, Sugar/coffee and coconut oil for a scrub if needed, Witch hazel to tone, then the rosehip while my face is a little damp from the toning.

I also use tea tree oil on a cotton bud for spots and almost never have breakouts anymore 🙂

I have oily skin which changes to combination in winter. I’ve used rosehip oil in the past which improved the appearance of my skin, but I found that it was a bit heavy for summer.
I’ve been using the Jojoba Company’s jojoba oil for the last few years with good results, similar to rosehip but a nicer scent and not as heavy, while still being hydrating. Jojoba oil is supposed to be similar to the skin’s sebum so it’s good for breakout-prone skin. I find that it absorbs better into my skin compared to rosehip oil.
I’ve recently started using Trilogy’s rosehip + jojoba oil combo to get the best of both oils. It is lighter than a pure rosehip but it has the same properties as the two oils. Trilogy can be expensive but you can get it on sale from Priceline.

I really like Kosmea Rosehip oil – it’s very hydrating, Aussie made and a decent price, especially if you can get it on one of the sales at Chemist Warehouse.

I’ve used rosehip, jojoba & now argan oils on my skin & out of the 3, argan oil I’ve found is best for me. I’m currently using The Ordinary’s 100% Cold-Pressed Moroccan Argan Oil & it’s getting along well with my skin. I’ve been using it on & off since last year (I gave it a break over spring/summer as I find it too heavy to use in conjunction with my moisturiser) & I really like it. It’s not too expensive from memory.

I love the Essano Rosehip facial oil. It is <$20 per bottle and last me for a really long time.

I love both Kosmea rose hip oil and Antipodes divine oil. I think I might have preferred the antipodes divine oil slightly more. It has such a unique scent to it. Absolute skin saver for winter.

I’ve tried mainly Rosehip oil but found it too runny on my skin + I’ve combination skin (Sometimes a little bit dry, Sensitive & oily-prone skin) which I prefer Essano Rosehip Serum as it’s lightweight on my face & has helped my skin improve many time’s when I’ve had a few pimples popping up on my face after using face mask’s then applying that they are all gone by next day.
