I’ve been using a SpringIt to remove upper lip hair. I’ve put a link at the top of this post.

Basically it’s like a little spring and it plucks out all your hairs. I think it’s like a lazy way to thread! It works pretty well and is the lazy option out against threading.

Where can you go to get threading? I have heard of it before but never really looked into it.

If you are in Adelaide, try Sangeeta, she is the best professional you can get for Threading, her prices are super affordable, and Threading gives you the absolute perfect Arch, and a stuning Eyebrow shape, also its fantastic for Upperlip , chin and the entire face, Its relatively painless (better than waxing and tweezing anyway!) and the hair growth gets lighter and lighter, unlike waxing where the hair grows back so strong and dark , with Threading you only have to do once in say a month
contact Sangeeta, she is in the Southern suburbs of Adelaide: Aberfoyle Park for all other Beauty and thrapeutic massage treatments too, her other specialty is HOT STONE massage, she is absolutely fantastic with this one too : 0435 192 892

Hey beauties, I have thin amounts of upper lip hair an I find using the good ol silkymitt on it does wonders it takes away the hair and Leaves my lip smooth. Although Now iv noticed that they have one of these made for facial hair unsure of the name tho 🙂

is silkymit ok for the face? i once tried it on my underarms and almost died…!! i felt it was definitely not for sensitive areas. though the one made for the face would be alright

I have got Bellabe Epilator and it’s not at all bad, I use it to remove my facial hairs, it’s more like threading. But for eyebrows I use threading 🙂

Heavens! I had never heard of threading before….you learn some thing every day! I have never, ever removed the hair from my upper lip for fear that it would grow back thicker. I just dip a cotton bud in a bottle of peroxide every other day and apply it to my “mo”. As for eyebrows and the other occasional thick hairs I have on my face…I just pluck!

hi nidhi1, i’ve found that threading’s pretty effective at removing facial hair, as it’s not very messy but can be somewhat painful. md visage also make smooth & easy hair away, which is a crystal micro-dermabrasion hair removal system. this is relatively painless and easy to use, so it could be worth a shot

I agreee with you on the threading. There’s something that uses the similar technique; its like a springy stick, I think its called the “magic stick” and can be found on ebay. Hope that helped 🙂

Looks very effective and heard good reviews about this product- however it is painful!!

Im trying to look for them here in Australia..but haven’t found any site or stockist yet..

I used Epicare but I think its doesn’t work as good as threading. Threading is far more better than Epicare wand.

is the wand made out of metal.
