    Gosh Am1854 that was like 6 months ago! If I didn’t use all mine I threw it out.

    My skin reacted badly to this product and wish I knew which ingredient/s were the culprit as no other EA products have done this – I’ve loved all their other products I’ve used.

    Hi ladies,

    Just wondering how many of you on the trial with product left over have started this product again. I decided to start mine again earlier this week and am seeing some results on my skin, again. This product was recommended to use every 3 months and it has been longer than that for me.

    It would be nice if we actually had a full regime of treatment from Elizabeth Arden regarding the several products us more mature ladies have had the opportunity to trial and review like the ceremide capsules in conjunction with this routine??? Yes that is a question for EA!

    I think a trial like this warrants before and after photos because photos would show the real results.

    Had no idea but don’t see any before/after shots.

        The two reviews appear to come from the American trial team not the bh trial team members so you`re safe there, Kassalee.

    At $205 for a four week program, it’s at a price point that would make me think twice, would a professional peel be worth looking at instead?

    Checked for last night ShopAE but no email. Not worried as I too email my review to myself. I continually save it in a word document as I write as my laptop has a habit of freezing – only did it twice.

    See there are 2 more reviews up today (submitted 7 March – mine was 5 March) as well as 1 review on the other product listing. – they said they were on the trial team (badge doesn’t show up on phone) but they couldn’t have used their link in the email.

    Maybe I’ll simply submit mine again to that other product listing!

      I clicked on the link from the original email which said reviews were due on the 3rd, that one took you to the special link, (I think it is special as it means you get the Trial Team tested written) but the other link just takes you to the other page where all the reviews are listed. If the product is the same, it will probably say down the bottom you can only do one review?
      Yes I love emailing myself lol, but a few times, my internet has cut out and the page refreshes, and you guessed it, nothing there!! I hate retyping things!
      Yes mine should be 5th Marchm unless it goes by AEST time, I did it on the 5th WA time, but would have been AM overeast when I submitted it.

        Bh has now moved the solo review to the other listing and finally removed the additional product. But I could have entered my review onto it as it would allow it.

        But I can’t enter it on the other one – they DO have my review as when I scroll to the end it says as per below (probably been sent to EA for a brand response .

        Don’t think I’ll ever see it as I find the bigger the company, the less care factor. Couldn’t even get anyone to respond to our questions here.

        If not posted when Bh do the article (when they’ve run out of acne articles!, I’ll post it on this forum

        I’m in the minority – maybe that 0.001% that reacts to an ingredient. Wish I knew what it was!

        I do hope they get the IT problems sorted soon. Several double ups and confusion within the system for a while now. Good thing we have some beauties who are keeping an eye on the site and reporting the issues. I am just happy enough to wander through and look at what I am interested in, too busy to really monitor what is happening. Yes, I miss out on some opportunities because I am just not quick enough on the site to find them but then that is someone else`s joy.

        So interested to meet some of the ladies on this trial this Saturday to hear their opinions on this and if they would repurchase. Big investment, $50 approx per week …… $7.32 per day!

    I just phoned because I received an email stating I hadn’t done my review. Apparently this went to everyone, even though we had done the review. Yes the product has a price on it. Also, they are checking if the actual mixed product will last the 12 months which is the expiry date on the box. Very interesting!

      When did you get the email cause I didn’t get one? And my review hasn’t been published!

      I submitted my review (using link in trial email) late Tuesday night (day before it was due) and it must have gone through ok as it took me straight to the post trial survey (didn’t need to go via link in email).

      Maybe my review is the invisible one as it says there are 13 reviews but I can only count 12!

        I got the email at midnight last night Kassalee
        I too submitted by review on Tuesday night, it was very late, around 10pm WA time
        I copied my review and sent myself an email so if anything happened, I would not have to rewrite it

      Yes I got the email too, it was worrying as it says you will be removed fro the trial time,
      My review too has already been published

      I have some left of bottle 4, so i will just continue to use it up until it has finished

      I used it last night but never got around to putting serum/cream on, as i was very ill most of the night

    Everyone get their email from Jess – reminder that review, survey and after photo are due tomorrow – Wednesday.

    Checked and there are 10 reviews (says 11 but I can only find 10!) up.

    Sadly only 2 out of the 10/11 members who have been on this forum – and the link to the forum was in Jess’ email.

      Yes we try our best, and it`s good to discuss the product and how to use it, especially when it is such a new product and we were not given too many detailed instructions, I still have loads of questions!!
