Combination to normal skin skincare?

Hey guys, most of the time I have normal skin. But when it comes to that time of the month, I go through really bad breakouts and then have more of a combination skin. I’ve used sukin recently but found that it doesn’t help my breakouts. So I decided to go and look in Priceline for other brands. What are your thoughts on Nivea and neutrogena and is there any other brands you would recommend?
