Chirally correct skincare
Has anyone used or considered using chirally correct skincare products?
Chiral technology involves molecular separation or purification of ingredients which is supposed to help beneficial ingredients absorb better into the skin and minimise adverse reactions.
By purifying or refining these molecules it will ensure that only the positive effects of each ingredient is produced so you achieve better results without irritation or reactions
Some chirally correct skincare lines include: Sircuit, CosMedix, Results RX, Che and PCA Skin.
Do you think this is another marketing ploy or a genuine scientific breakthrough?
After learning about this technology it did make me question my skincare regime.
I am interested in trying some chirally correct products but probably a treatment or serum of some sort. I wouldn’t worry about using a chirally correct cleanser. The problem is all these skincare lines are quite expensive and I still have an arsenal of expensive products to go through.
I apologise in advance for my efforts in simplifying and summarising chiral technology. It was a challenge for my non-scientific brain. Please google ‘chirally correct skincare’ or similar for more information.
