    I did see this on reddit. I do have some ceramide products in my skin care routine, and now I’m wondering if they are helping as much as I thought they were. I guess as long as my skin looks and feels good and I’m not spending too much money on the products there is no harm done.

    Thank you Lucy16, so much interesting information and we really don’t know what is good or better for our skin until reading the ingredients and what is actually active and beneficial. Don’t think I will start watching paint dry though Lisa359.

    Apparently, the ideal ratio for ceramides, cholesterol and fatty acids in any order is 3:1:1

    While I’m always going to love CeraVe, I now wonder whether addition of hyaluronic acid is what makes its formulas so effective compared to QV or Cetaphil.
