Budget face cream

Has anyone tried the new budget face creams Voeu? What did you think? Do they stack up against some of the more expensive brands?

Never heard of it. Doesn’t peak my interest at all either.

I’ve also seen the Voeu brand in Woolworths although my store doesn’t have a lot in that certain brand haven’t tried any of their stuff yet but when they first bought it out I wasn’t impressed with their face cream I much prefer LOreal Paris Revitralift Filla (HA) It’s a new one on the market & also love their eye cream like Skincare Junkie has said they come on special every now & then so you can score a bargain & get great quality.

Olay has been around for many years with good reason, but i quite like the loreal brand too.

Voeu is a Woolworths brand of skincare products.I tried a few,to be honest, not having high expectations due to the low price, but I was wrong.I have tried the micellar water, moisteriser for combination skin, night cream, eye serum which are very good, some being as good as high end products. However one hugely disappointing thing is that the moisterisers don’t have SPF,really needs to be mandatory in Australia!

I tried the hydrating tissue mask and it was very hydrating on the skin. May not be any better or worse than other brands but a great price from woolies

Voeu is actually Woolworths in-house brand! I’m not sure about the quality of their products though… I knew people that created and designed the packaging 🙂

Interesting and thanks for the info.

There are so many budget options out there. I recently tried the Loreal Revitalift it was sent to me as part of a trial. I was surprised at its quality. It is not a lot worse than the $100 creams I often use. Loreal is often 50% or 40% off too in supermarkets.

Going to have to check out this Olay Moisturiser you both speak of!

I agree with Debbie Olay moisturiser is an amazing and affordable product. My mother has been using this cream for at least 20 years if not longer, she turns 70 this weekend and her skin, I kid you not, is wrinkle free, smooth and silky.
