Best body scrub for exfoliation and stretch marks?

Which body scrub would you suggest for exfoliating and stretch marks? I like ones that are natural, contain coconut oil as it doesn’t leave your skin dry but hydrated and moisturised. I’m currently using Bondi Scrubs as it’s all natural and contains all the good ingredients:

INGREDIENTS
Certified organic Brazilian sugar, organic Himalayan pink rock salt, certified organic South Pacific coconut oil, certified organic Arabica coffee, certified organic essential oils, and natural Flavours.

That’s all 3 exfoliatiants – sugar, salt, and coffee.

A lot of them only contain one or two. I also use a homemade sugar scrub with coconut oil mainly on my legs to get rid of ingrown hairs and leave them super smooth.

So I’m wonderful which is best? I’ve heard that the Lush ones are drying, and Frank ones break some people out, though I’m curious about both brands.

Jumping in on this forum I use whatever scrub I have available until it is all gone. When shopping I look for half price specials, but I also have the Egyptian loofah which I bought twice from RR and scrub mitts too. My favourite product to moisturise and nourish my ‘normal’ skin with drier skin on arms and legs is the Nivea 4 in 1 Firming Body Oil which I found quite by accident, minimised surgical scarring. This product now seems not to be so readily available and when I do buy it is usually when on half price sale too, otherwise it is about $15. Maybe bio oil is similar but I haven’t tried that yet.

Fortunately I don’t have stretch marks, but I am sure they would return if I do lose weight but probably too old now for my skin to bounce back unless I find a miracle skin applied elastin and collagen product to work on old saggy skin.

Dry body brushing is good for exfoliation as well.

I won a dry body brush ages ago but hardly use it. I don`t know, just can`t be bothered and found it didn`t do anything exfoliation wise for ingrown hair. Also nothing for stretch marks so that`s a no from me.

I go through stages where I use mine all the time and then can`t be bothered, it definately helped and made my skin feel smoother. I have stretch marks as well, I don`t really know of anything which can reduce them. They do eventually fade a bit naturally over time.

My skin is fairly smooth apart from those annoying ingrown hairs as I epilate and/or shave almost every part of my body. My stretch marks are faded, they`ve been like that for years, small and white from past weight gain. I only found out by accident after incorporating a good scrub with coconut oil, and scrubbing harshly on my legs that they reduced or blended into my skin more. The only option to remove stretch marks permanently is with expensive laser treatments I believe, if they were the really huge, obvious type I`d look into that but it`s not worth it for me. Also, micro needling with a dermaroller may definitely reduce them.

I use a kese mitt (Turkish cloth that sloughs off dead skin) and have never looked back for a scrub. They are the bomb (and cheap!)

Do the mitts target stretch marks and get rid of ingrown hairs too? I really love a nice scrub that contains moisturizing oils too

Where do you get these from?

        I bought this one https://skinsilking.com/

However you can also buy them for a few dollars on Amazon, also known as Turkish mitts, they are used in Turkish bathhouses which was my first experience with them

Thanks for the info, I do have a mitt which I got from a BH rewards room a little while ago but haven`t used it yet, really need to.

I used the body shop, lush and sanctuary spa body scrubs and love all of them. I love the Lush scrub scrub scrub shower scrub this is my second tub. Amazing stuff, it does not leave my skin dry at all. It exfoliates my skin very gently.

A new brand called Upcircle have a nice one. It contains coconut oil and coffee, their are a few different scents to choose from. After use I can feel it on my skin, if you have oily skin it might not suit you. its feels very moisturised and slightly oily on my skin, I like it. . I dont have experience with the other ones mentioned.

Lush shower gel contains SLS and is drying , it was gifted to me but I would not repurchase, so I think you’re right that their scrubs will be drying for skin.

Lisa sounds nice. I like the ones with oils because you don`t have to moisturise after. I actually don`t find the Lush shower gels drying at all. It depends on which one you used though as I find each are different. I love the Sleepy one as it`s more creamy as opposed to a gel. They also have shower creams which I like but only in winter. My skin doesn`t mind a bit of SLS, in fact it needs it, so I`m fine with most Lush products. I might actually just ask them for some scrub samples with my next order. I`m a sample hoarder lol!
