If you are willing to go down further, just beyond the QLD NSW border at Kingscliff, there is an Aveda spa called The Spa at Salt.
It has a mineral spa, and the resort it’s at also has a heated spa. I was a resort guest, so not sure if salon users can use the pool and that spa too?
But the mineral spa is beautiful, and I couldn’t recommend this salon enough.
