Health retreats

Has anyone been to one of these? I find the idea so interesting but have never really looked into it… I think it’d make a great present for my mum!

Someone once mentioned The Golden Door (www.goldendoor.com.au) which looks nice, if a little pricey, but I really know very little about it.

I’d love to hear some stories if you have any

    i know what you mean, the golden door is pretty pricey! thing is, all of these health retreats are going to be pricey because they are meant to be luxurious through and through. i think you`d be better off buying your mum a heap of treatments at a day spa and chauffering her there or something!
