Day Spas in Either Vietnam or Cambodia

We’re travelling to Vietnam and Cambodia late next week and I was hoping to treat myself to a few day spa visits. Has anyone had any good or bad experiences? We will be in Ho Chi Minh City, Ho An in Vietnam and Siem Reap, Cambodia.
