Chinese natural Therapy

Love it! I’ve tried acupuncture, remedial massage and reflexology. Each time I have walked out feeling like I was on cloud 9. Sooo relaxing, they really know what they are doing.

yes acupuncture is soooo good hey! if you get someone who knows what they`re doing! i went in there with a sore-as neck (couldn`t even turn it really) and came out so energised and the neck was `fixed` – for a few days anyway. but it was great! my therapist said though that you have to make sure you go to a good one as if someone puts the pins just like 1mm away from the actual pressure point, it won`t work – well that`s what she said I think!

i really want to try that too but i do like accupuncture with the – are they called moxy sticks – you know? they look like a cigar and they light them then place them on the end of the needle to heat it. oooohhhhhhh i love that, it shoots warmth right through you.

I had acupuncture a few years ago, it wasn`t as bad as I though it would be. What I really want to try though is the hot stones massage… I think that that`d be great.

I had acupuncture once and I loved it. When I worked as a dental nurse we had a few other practitioners in our building and the lady that did natural therapies told me I looked tired and stressed (I was nearing the end of my first pregnancy) and she told me to come see her during my lunch break, so I did and she did acupuncture on me (ankles and wrists) and left me to relax for about 20 minutes and afterwards I felt sooooooo good – just so refreshed. I`d love to do it again k- it`s just finding the time….Highly recommend it.

By the way the acupuncture needles DO NOT hurt! They are so so so fine – seriously, you don`t feel them (the most you feel is a light tingle). Believe me, I don`t like needles either (who does?)
