whats the best thing to massage with? i normaly use coconut oil but, do you think the lush massage bars are worth using ?
I have never used the Lush massage bars, but I make up my own aromatherapy massage oil blends. I use a carrier oil such as sweet almond oil, macadamia oil etc and one or more genuine essential oils.
