Reward Room product not on review lists

I received this Grand Nature Lanolin Bo-Moisturising cream as part of my pick in the Rewards room and I went to do a review but nothing shows up on the list? How am I expected to review it when I cannot see even one item under this brand? The sad part is I love this , it works and I am thrilled with it.

    I’ve had the same problem but unfortunately the link did’nt work, I sent another email to Lauren, I feel bad for bugging her with all my rewards room problem emails lately.

    I got a lovely email from Lauren and she sent me a link to do the review and it is now done and dusted. Thank you all for your help especially Lauren.

      If you haven`t heard back from Lauren (maybe on holidays) perhaps try the general enquiry email: info@beautyheaven.com and they will pass it on to the right person. Hope this helps!

    That’s so silly!! I had that happen last time. I got the eye of horus mascara and next thing I know the brand is removed and I couldn’t review! They should give bonus points for something like that as far as I’m concerned regardless if they see it was a rewards room order just allocate points or something..

    The last time this happened to me, I contacted BH and they offered double points for other reviews I did… So, see what happens if you do that…

      wow!sootyblack_14 thats incredible, I have sent them an email but not had an answer yet, but being as its the weekend I didn`t really expect one. So it will be interesting to see how they react. It would be a terrible shame if I was to miss out on bonus points through no fault of mine. But Bh have been very good so I will just wait and see. Thanks for the update though.

    Sometimes the product you got is no longer listed on BH. I’ve got heaps of things off rewards room and they have left BH. Just the way it is.

        No problems shaper, I remember reading about it in the June 2018 rewards thread I think.
