No birthday points

Hey all, not sure if I’m under the right category, but I’ve logged in several times within the month after my birthday and haven’t received the x100 points. Just wondering how I go about making sure these are added to my points as I don’t want to miss out.

    It’s been about a year since I started this thread and I didn’t receive this year’s birthday points either. I’ve emailed info@beautyheaven.com.au on Monday but haven’t had a reply yet. Fingers crossed they can sort it out again.

    Don’t think I’ve ever received any birthday points, ever and I’ve been a member for many years.
    Really, all members should automatically receive their points and not have to ask for them to be applied to their accounts..

    My birthday was back in October, I did not get any birthday points either

      I’d certainly email bh’s Lauren Stacey827 .

      It should be automatic and then a year or so ago you would get an email and you had a month to respond to “claim” your birthday points. But I think this only happened one time.

      Now most people seem to be getting them or they are emailing Bh.
