MY REWARDS not working?
Hi beauties,
Is everyone else still having the issue of seeing their products from the rewards room in the “my rewards” section? Starting to get quite annoyed with this as it hasn’t worked sine the mid year one and still not fixed.
Has anyone got access to theirs at all?

I wish the Pending Reviews is reinstated as it helps keeps tracks of our submissions. Please reconsider in getting this back if possible..thanks

Yes the pending reviews tab has been on our list since it was removed months ago as many members have asked for it back. As of now we are working on fixing the technical issues with the site and then our dev team can move on to the functionality and structure.

As was mentioned above on this thread, we no longer have “My Rewards”! It came with the site “improvements” a few months back: even though we’ve still got a tab saying “My Rewards” it’s not functional; just like our non-functioning “Pending” folder under our “My Reviews” tab.
Yes, it’s frustrating!
What do we do?

You’ll have to go back to the confirmation email you received when you made your Rewards Room order & MANUALLY count 8 weeks for your deadline, eg. if you ordered at 11:01am on 17 November, your deadline is 11:01am on 12 January. (The time used to appear on our old “My Rewards” tab, that’s how I know to take the time of day into account.) If your review is submitted after this deadline, it’s not the end of the world: you’ll miss your bonus 5 points but you’ll still receive the usual 5 points per review.

Go through your order list & MANUALLY look up the product review page for each product you ordered & upload your reviews in the usual way.
TIP: Go & calculate your bonus-points deadline NOW & email yourself a reminder a day or two before your reviews are due. Day 1 of November Rewards Room was 12 November; so, the EARLIEST deadlines will fall on 7 January.

I can confirm that my review for one of my Rewards Room products has been approved and I was awarded the bonus points automatically. So looking up the items manually (as we have to do for the samples anyway) and submitting the review that way works.

Same here. The leaflet I got with my BH haul says to check the ‘my rewards’ tab on my profile so that I can review my products within the 8 weeks. Yet I too have an empty ‘my rewards’ tab. What’s going on BH? How do we get our bonus points?
