Order placed ... all done within four minutes. Super smooth with no hiccups or delays in pages loading.
Still not sure whether to use up my points, or wait until the next RR. I only have 1645 points, and if I wanted just a few cheapies from my wishlist, they add up so fast! Have been super depressed lately, so thought a little self care pack would help cheer me up, but honestly I'd rather just spend my cash on the products than waste those precious points which take sooooooo long to acquire, especially because I haven't done a trial here in forever. I really need a clay mask, but the one I sampled from Swisse, the Manuka Honey is the only one that isn't there... the other 3 I think I'd be better off buying as I don't know if I want to be stuck with a huge jar of clay mask that might just end up getting wasted for over 100 points... also 700 points for a room refresher spray? It sounds really nice but once again, I'd rather spend the $70 :( Vitamins are also overpriced as can usually get them on sale... I'll probably end up waiting till the end to see what's left... happy shopping to everyone else! xx

In terms of the masks, I looked at them too but realised they go on sale quite regularly so I didn't want to spend my points on them.

I will be shopping for the first time so am excited about using my points finally, last time did not have enough to get what I wanted.
I haven't spent my points for the last few rewards rooms so I decided to splurge and buy a higher-priced item this time around. It's still unbelievable to me that BH allows us to use our points for such high priced items with only $10 shipping! Although it will be hard to stack up those points again I still feel like BH is the only site that has such a wonderful system :)
I'll be off writing reviews to earn my points back haha!
I don't have many points and I don't really need anything at the moment. I think I'll save my points for a while and let them add up. Some great products on the list though.

I haven't even had a look at the RR as since moving my internet is almost non existent. I can't get NBN even though the house is set up completely, using mobile data is sooo slow, along with the BH website which is also slow. If I made my selections then by the time I put my order in I would have lost what I wanted. Just too difficult for me at this time.

I've put in an order now, missed out on one product but that's ok.
I wasn't going to put in an order initially, but since Kassalee shared the news that Bauer Media has quit Australia, I thought I'd spend some of my points in case things change for Beauty Heaven (hopefully not!).
I had a similar problem last RR. I wasnt platinum at the time but I noticed I was let in after the scheduled time for gold and silver status. I'm guessing it has something to do with the time difference depending on where you are.
Hmm I'm in Sydney so it should be the same as BH headquarters...
Its very frustrating when you have issues. Might pay to let BH know so that they can have a look at your account for next time jupiter

That's disappointing, jupiter! Must be a tech glitch.
Since it's working for other platinum members, I'd say that perhaps a setting wasn't correct on my account. But that's ok, I got most of the things i wanted, thanks misfortune!
Website was a bit slow, but did my mini haul:
trying to continue my resolution of not having too many of anything open and shopping stash and only ever purchasing if out of it completely in stash :)
