When are you supposed to get Your Birthday Reward Points? Guess I won’t get them for awhile. It’s my Birthday Day Today.

Amazing how they forget about You! I would then be up to Gold Status.

Some beauties have mentioned on this thread that we do receive points for forum comments, but I don’t appear to be receiving any points.

Do we receive points for forum posts?

I haven’t been getting points on forum posts and I haven’t hit 50 yet. I’ll have to find an email to see if they can fix this.

It could be a few things – Maybe your reviews are too short so they are not being approved (they should be longer than 50 words). The more informative and helpful you are the better the chances of being approved. Also it could be just a timing thing – sometimes it takes 1-3 days to be approved so be patient (it should show up as a notification on your message symbol next to your profile picture) Lastly (this might help you in the future) I recently achieved silver status and even though my points were going up – my status on my profile still said i was still a bronze member so I emailed the team just to ask if there was something wrong and it turned out there was a glitch in the system and they were able to change it for me manually from their end. So if you end up reaching 350 points to be a silver member and your status doesn’t change in about 1-2 days – email them. Hope this helps : )

I know it can be a bit confusing at first to get your head around it but if you check out the links above it should be easier to understand 🙂

Some products have bonus ( double points ) if your the first reviewer or purchased off the Rewards room . The new system missed some of the points so thank you Jessica for rectifying that so will have a bit more to spend at the next Rewards.

When I click onto your avatar abro, I can see that you’ve got 220 points & are a bronze member. I can’t see anything else about you. Other members CAN’T see your private info: but we can see what you put in the “About Me”, “My Holy Grail Products” & “My Favourite Quote” sections. If you’re unsure what I mean, go ahead & click my avatar to see my profile page: you can’t see my real name, email address or if I ticked the bad breath box, haha! (I didn’t.) All you can see is what I wrote for everyone to see. You don’t get any extra points for filling out these sections, so it’s up to you whether you fill them out or leave them blank. Click other members’ avatars to see what they wrote!

When you do any of the the things on the list you will get points. Now general things you get points for, 1 point per article comment, 5 points per review. When you’re a new member for the first 50 forum posts you also get 2 points, plus the first few forum threads I believe you get five points but the list displays it all perfectly for you. These points are credited straight away (and visible to you on your home tab) except for the points from reviews. Reviews go through an approval process first and won’t be credited until your review gets approved by the BH staff.

I checked your profile and as it stands at the moment you have 220 points which is a lot for a new member, so don’t worry you’ve definitely been getting your points.
