Just chiming in that I also had to email to go to silver but they were very nice about it 🙂

I had something super weird happen a while ago , I had reached gold status (had the points etc), then spent some on a past rewards room – and promptly dropped down to silver! I was mystified, I mean, I had reached gold! Anyway, I have been on silver since then, working my way up, and now, on 711 points, have just been awarded gold status! WTH? I mean , I am happy with that 😀 😀 but still it makes no sense. So all that to say, I wouldn’t be surprised if there were a few glitches in the system. 🙂

Congratulations on your points upgrade!!! Yeah, it can take awhile for it to update… Happened to me all through the tier system…

Just received an email to say I’ve been upgraded to gold. Lovely surprise!

Hi, this happened to me as well. I had to email someone using the contact us information. BH had to manually upgrade me to silver from bronze. It has happened to a lot of people.
