Sharp contour – Thoughts?

Recently I’ve started baking underneath my contour/bronzer on my cheekbones to get a sharp, defined cheek. I was never fan of the look, but I tried it one day and absolutely loved how it looks. Now I think I would never go back to plain blended. I just wanted to know if anyone else does this? Why/why not?

I know that Huda Kattan and Kylie Jenner do it a lot and their makeup is stunning

Bronzer wasn’t even around in my teen years or 20s or 30s for that matter. I don’t contour either and I am now in my early 60s. I mean some people do it and it looks great on them.

As Stephanie says ^, in makeup there are no rules. It depends on what you want to wear.

If you like it, that’s what matters! 🙂 Personally I don’t even contour. I’m in my 40s and I’ve only started using bronzer in the last couple of years, so can only imagine the mess I’d create if I tried to contour, lol.

Love it and hate it at the same time lol. Some looks really call for it and other looks just don’t. If I’m going real glam, I’ll do it! But it depends on what I feel like at the time. I love that makeup has no rules 🙂

I personally don’t do this as I prefer more of a natural look, and I just don’t have the patience to dedicate that kind of time to my makeup.

I don’t dislike the look though. It comes down to personal preference at the end of the day, so go with what makes you feel happy and confident!

Nope I’ve never done it and don’t plan too. Firstly I have no idea how LOL secondly I don’t have time to do a full face like that. I prefer a simple natural look that doesn’t take long.
