Ive been a bit slow to get posting in this thread.

Ill post my review tomorrow, but I didn have a person who was doing my make up last week compliment my lashes so that was unexpected but super nice.

I’ve just submitted my review and survey (it is due on Friday). I did not have a personalised link to review under so I hope that BH will add the trail team badge at a later date.

After a few weeks of use I would say that this product helped with conditioning my lashes to help them feel softer ie to put some of the moisture back in which is lost by frequent use of mascara and eye makeup remover but I would not say that it promoted hair growth. If you read the box it doesn’t actually say that it promotes lash growth but rather assisted with reducing lash loss (due to easier makeup removal) and I do agree that my hydrated lashes did let go of my mascara more easily at the end of the day.

Well they’ve done their best to make it sound good.

Thanks for posting the ingredients list, guys. It has now swayed me to try the other drugstore lash serum on the market, Rimmel Lash Accelerator Serum instead, which contains biotin.

  • I can see the second ingredient is Alcohol Denat in it. I have taken a shot of the ingredients hope it uploads.

Thanks for that MoonlightSak – all looks good but I will hold off as I am due for a blood test next week.

I had a look at the ingredients from Priceline site

INGREDIENTS: AQUA / WATER, ALCOHOL DENAT., HYDROXYETHYLCELLULOSE, PENTYLENE GLYCOL, AMINOPROPYL TRIETHOXYSILANE, PEG-40 HYDROGENATED CASTOR OIL, MADECASSOSIDE PHENOXYETHANOL, POLYSORBATE 21, LACTIC ACID, METHYLPARABEN, RICINUS COMMUNIS SEED OIL / CASTOR SEED OIL, SODIUM HYALURONATE, ARGININE, SERINE, CITRIC ACID, PANTHENOL, GLUTAMIC ACID, THREONINE, PROLINE, ALANINE, CYSTEINE F.I.L B210573/1.

Unsure what is in it that helps lashes grow.

Castor oil? I`ve never had any luck with castor oil.

There is zero clinical studies showing that castor oil can do anything to promote hair growth. Even L`Oreal does not claim that, because it would be misleading and false. They put the word “”nourish””. Which is also impossible.

“”Full of powerful ingredients such as Keratin [???] for growth, Hyaluronic Acid to reinforce, Filoxane [???] for growth & Castor Oil to nourish to bring your lashes back to life. “” _ From L`Oreal website. Question marks _ from me.

  • So far I have been enjoying the trial. I have noticed that my lashes appear darker. yesterday in a rush I forgot to apply my mascara so when I reached work I went to put in my mascara and was surprised how vibrant and dark my lashes looked without the mascara and decided to skip using mascara that day.
Also my lower lashes appear longer .

For those interested this product is 50% off at chemist warehouse at the moment.

I’ll be really interested in the overall results of this and how well it’s worked for you all. Thanks to those on the trial who are sharing your experiences.

This trial sounds awesome !!! Very lucky ladies ! I can’t wait to hear how you go

The serum comes in a thin pen like container . There is a brush at the end and you need to twist the bottom to release the serum.
The serum is light . The instructions are to use twice a day , morning and night and to brush it on both upper and lower lashes.
The serum doesn’t irritate my eyes which is a good thing because my eyes are supersensitive and can water easily if a product does not agree with my eyes.

I have sparse medium length lashes. I would love if they get dense and grow a little bit longer. Will see what happens.

Thanks for that MoonlightSak – I think I would need a magnifying glass to find my bottom lashes though. They have vanished lol. So interested to see how you go 🙂

Have same! Sparse, medium lashes. Even worse, they go in all directions but up. So excited to see if this serum works on you Moonlight! If it does….[running to the shops]
