I’ve reported the spam by RoyYerkes. Please don’t click on the blue link.

I was invited to this one but decided to give it a miss as I have bleached hair and super dark eyebrows as it is! Looks like it was a great product though.

I use the Eylure dybrow and it comes with the activating solution and in the package itself there is space to mix the solution and apply it. Just use two cms of the paste and add 5 drops of the solution. You can get a nice smooth creamy paste. Just apply this now and do not worry when you apply on the eyebrow it may get on the skin too. So don’t worry about it. Once you are done, just use the tissue on the edges of the brow to shape it and then wait for two minutes or so and then with the warm cloth wipe the brows so extra liquid that is on the skin can be wiped out and now with the tweezer just straighten the brows and whatever extra hair is there, you can cut it with the scissors. Underneath the arch if you see there are hairs you can pluck it with tweezers, but be careful which one you need to pluck and stretch the eyebrow with two fingers before plucking the hair so it is painless, neat and proper. Watch a tutorial to avoid the mess. It’s simple if you follow the tutorial.

Would be worried about doing a DIY dye in case I stuffed it up.

It’s honestly hard to stuff up. Even if you do, it’ll fade away over time.

I did my mum’s brows, but she won’t let me post the photos because she says she looks “dead”. I left her’s on for 5 minutes because they would’ve ended up going too dark for her.

I also did mine, it’s a very subtle difference, but it got my baby hairs and made my brows look t h i c c haha! I left it on for 15 minutes because I know it needed time to work on the tint from a month ago doh

It seems to work just as well as my trusted Refectocil, but I still prefer creme developer over liquid H2O2.

      Yes, they look thicker.

So Eylure is a liquid that you mix with a colour cream, similar to 1000Hr?

      • 2 yrs, 11 mths ago

Yep, it’s basically the same schtick, but it’s indicated for eyebrows only. It literally says it isn’t for use on lashes.

      • 2 yrs, 11 mths ago

Yeah, that`s OK – I buy two boxes of 1000Hr: black for lashes & brown for brows. I`m waiting to see how well the Eylure lasts to decide whether to switch or not.

Before & after pics would be good!

Mind you, I don’t post pics of my own face, so I understand if others are reluctant. How about cropped shots of brows only?

Congrats beauties I missed out on this one. Sounds great!

Hoping to regain some brown back in my brows which were accidentally tinted blue black instead of a mix natural black* & brown by a student practicing on me a few weeks ago. She didn’t leave it on for long but it did give me noticeably blue brows for a time, haha! They’re back to normal now.

I’m also going to see if I can rope my Mum into this too.

(*She did do a great job, but got confused because I requested blue black for my lashes. They use Refectocil in training, which is what I’m used to using and have now expired tubes of in my cupboard that I don’t dare use, lol.)

Pro tip: invest in Vaseline and micellar water.

Omg I bet you were mortified lol

      • 2 yrs, 11 mths ago

It wasn’t too bad, my brows are quite dark and it wasn’t left on long enough to be a problem! If I’m leaving on this stuff for 15 minutes, I expect it to stick!
