Affordable contour

I really like the NYX Highlight and Contour Pro Palette. Its not the most affordable but it is high end quality in my opinion. Its $39.95 in Priceline.

Steer away from the Australis AContour palette. Its TERRRIBLE, the highlight shades arent too bad but the contour shades are muddy and do not blend. I looked like i had wiped dirt on my face.. it went straight in the bin lol.

Thank you so much everyone! I went out and tried a few and got the balm Bahama mama. I’m so glad it was recommended as it looked super dark in the pan however it’s really nice and buildable. Thank you!!

The Balm has great powders and contour/bronzing powders that I prefer over some of the highend products I own. Also, if you have one near you Inglot has a great range of contour powders at affordable prices and they also preform really well.

A cheapie but a goodie that I really like is the Sleek Makeup contour kit. It has a matte bronzer and highlighter in a nice compact. I just did a search and it’s available at Target on sale for around $10. I also like the NYX Highlight and Contour Pro Palette or if you want to keep it simple, the NYX Matte Bronzer is my HG.

I have high end like Tarte and Kat Von D and even though I love them the one I reach for most is by Makeup Revolution. I use it almost daily and it works perfectly on my pale skin and even smells great (like chocolate). It’s a matte bronzer with highlighter shade (love that too). But it’s cool toned so suitable as a contour (what I use it for as I don’t use bronzer as much)

Makeup Revolution is available online via Glam Raider but their own store is better as postage is only $2.95 or free over $50. I’ll include some pics

A nice matte contour/bronzer that I like is Bahama Mama by TheBalm. Although it looks a bit dark in the pan, it does build up beautifully – so quite versatile for pale to medium skin.

Also, I think TheBalm is currently on sale in Target for 40% off!

I have pale skin and I really like the Australis AC on Tour highlight/contour powder kit, definitely recommend giving that one a try. There is one shade that is a bit too dark for my skin but other than that it is excellent =) it is sold in priceline for about $20
