Wanted: Gorgeous, Dewy Foundation

Hi Beauties,
I am seeking a lovely dewwy foundation for a dry/flaking skin.
I have used various foundations in the past and experienced little to no problems but now my skin is misbehaving and I need a moisturising liquid foundation with medium coverage.
The best dewwy hydrating foundation I discovered is La Mers Treatment Foundation but at $170 a pop it’s hard to upkeep. (mind you I received various compliments from many including former bh editor-turned Grazia beauty Ed, Tracey Withers).

    NARS Sheer glow is great! … on good skin only! I have it but I cant get it right on clients with dry, flaky or bumpy skin.

    For less-than-perfect skin I recommend:

    Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk Foundation – you still need a reasonably good skin for this, or
    Laura Mercier Candle Glow foundation – it has a creamy texture and suits drier skin.

    NARS Sheer glow is great! … on good skin only! I have it but I cant get it right on clients with dry, flaky or bumpy skin.

    For less-than-perfect skin I recommend:

    Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk Foundation – you still need a reasonably good skin for this, or
