I’ve used Rapid Lash (around $60) and it worked wonders on my lashes. But you have to use it all the time, if you stop then obviously it stops working.. I also found that with this serum my lashes would hold their curl a lot better which was a bonus! Rapid Lash is also safe to use in pregnancy which is awesome because I didn’t want to stop using it just because I got pregnant.

I’ve tried three different kinds, LiLash ($180), MAC Lash Growth ($40) and L’Oreal Lash Serum ($25).
The L’Oreal Lash Serum is the best (and the cheapest).

They don’t ‘make your lashes longer’ though. Your natural lash renewal cycle is about 4 weeks. Your lashes fall out and new ones grow in. What the serums do is prevent the lashes from falling out so that they just keep growing longer. It almost doubles your lash life span. They will work while you are using the serum but as soon as you stop using it, all of the older lashes will fall out (about 30% of your lashes) and you’ll need to wait for the new lashes to grow in. The lash growth isn’t permanent but it’s good while you’re using the serum.

It took me about two weeks to see any change in my lashes while using the L’Oreal serum.
