As you have described your all details. Having brown eyes and brown hair , I will suggest that “Edgy eyeshadow” will suit on you.

Hi uma_dawson: with brown eyes you could wear almost any shade of eyeshadow, but with a dark tan I would be wary of using any colour that is too light. My eyes are blue/green/greyish but I’ve always thought brown eyes look great with purples.

You could grab a cheap multi-colour palette to play around with. It won’t take long to decide which colours you prefer & which colours look best on you. Then make a quality purchase in your favourite shades.

I find that a nice taupy-brown looks nice on many different skin types and is a great colour for beginners to try. Then you can easily incorporate more bronzey tones in to it too.

That’s a great looking chart – I have blue eyes and I do enjoy wearing the bottom row of shades, which I do use a lot, Those types of colours to be honest would be what I wear almost every day.

I’ve never got into the wearing blue eyeshadow for blue eyes trend. I know blue eye colours are back in, in a big way, maybe I should experiment with them a bit more

Do any other blue eyed beauties wear blue eyeshadow or liner, successfully? Love some tips

I found this image online – it was on Pinterest, I think. I think you’d look amazing with a gold eyeshadow, rose gold, copper or bronze shimmer.

Here is a Lancome tutorial that looks at natural eyeshadow on darker skin tones (http://www.lancome-usa.com/what-eye-shadow-looks-nice-on-dark-skin.html?folder=videos&subfolder=eye-makeup-tutorials) and I also found this link in Cosmo (http://www.cosmopolitan.com/style-beauty/beauty/advice/a5329/eye-shadows-for-dark-skin/)
