CND Vinylux – Weekly Nail Polish

Recently CND has released a new nail polish system called Vinylux.

It is supposed to be COMPLETELY dry in eight and a half minutes (which is pretty good!), last 7 days without chipping (and apparently 80% of clients tested did not have any chipping at day 7) and doesn’t need a base coat or to be cured under a light, removed by nail polish remover. and there is 62 colours to choose from 😀 there is a chanel peridot dupe by looks of the swatches too ;D
It will be available as a salon service or to purchase for home use from selected salons.

I know some people are crazy about Shellac but personally I like to change my nail polish much more often so I think this sounds great! I have access to a salon supplies shop so will be purchasing a colour to try and will post a swatch, and how it looks after 7 days wear 🙂

CND Vinylux is a nice fine liquid polish, a two system colour which dries super fast, although upon touch it does not feel dry. Two coats of CND colour of choice followed by the weekly top coat and voila! There is not damage to the nail bed and you get a very professional look for at least 5 days. Perfect product.

Cnd vinylux is by far the best nail polish I’ve ever used!!!!! AMAZING!!
Most times it last 2 weeks with no chips and has helped my nail grow because it feel so strong on!!!
Totally converted!! I feel like throwing away alllllll my other nail polishes and cnd shellac system :-(. Will not waste money on anything else now!!!!! Not usually a totally convert to any product but this stuff is great

woops totally forgot to update this!

so I’ve bought quite a few colours now and I’m loving it! (infact I’m going to buy more today!) I do get some chipping on my right hand pointer finger, but thats my fault as I’m naughty and use it to pick and peel things.

I have worn the polishes for 5 days, could wear it longer but 5 days is the maximum days I can stand wearing the same colour. with regular polish I would get chipping within 3 days (even with good base and topcoat) and when it started to chip it would disintegrate very fast. so 5 days for me is amazing.

you can buy it online here –

Anyone know where you can buy this???

I saw today that the Adore beatuy website has it in stock. Lots of colours to choose from. Will be getting some next time I need to make an order there but I’m currently trying to stick to a budget to buy new boots I’ve been eyeballing for 3 months.
Damn not having enough money for all the things I want at once

I tried this out last time i went to get my hair done. And its just amazing i love it. And i have to say that i am on my second week and its only now looking like it needs to come off. I got it done at my Aveda Salon so for me that the only place that i have found out where to get it. So i hope that this might assist you. And it is really great.

This looks awesome. Hopefully this is sold retail, not just for salons.

I’d love to read a review after it has been on for a few days Swooping
does the no chip claim stand?

Did you buy this polish in Canada or the USA?

Looks and sounds great, Swooping! I noticed today at Priceline that they sell a similar polish called Haute, that one is around the $20 mark

Oh Haute is actually gel polish (like Shellac). cured with a light and is meant to last two weeks and needs to be soaked off.
I have my Artistic Colour Gloss Gel nail polish kit which is amazing but was very exxy ($600 because its a professional kit). but because I’m one of those people who like to change polish regularly its not so good. other people LOVE it though, I do it for friends and family for a small charge 😛

I’m hoping this CND Vinylux (which does not need a special light to dry) will be the answer for those of us who like to change nail polish more often but don’t want to put up with chips. I will be very happy if I get 5 days chip free and no staining!

I’m lucky because I have access to a salon supplies shop (as I am a beauty therapy student) I can get OPI and Zoya and now this CND Vinylux for $9.95 instead of the RRP (which is $19.95)

    😀

Oh silly me..I quickly read the info on the display, saying that it was a one step process, so I assumed no light was needed, lol
