What are your go-to remedies for blind pimples?

I recently had a random blind pimple attack… One popped up between my eyebrows, slightly off centre so it looked like I was growing horns & the other one was still hiding deep below the surface.
Luckily, I didn’t get another one on my forehead, it came up on my chin just as the first one was finally going away.

At the moment I use COSRX blemish patches which are fantastic for other pimples but they don’t really work as great for blind pimples.
I’ve recently started using a blend of rosehip essential oil with a few drop of lavender added so fingers crossed it keeps the blind ones away because vanity aside, they really hurt!

I’m curious to know if anyone has some great products or home remedies they use for blind pimples?

I used to get so many blind pimples but once I cut out dairy and other food products it pretty much went away. Nevertheless, on the rare occasion that I do get one I find that salicylic acid and benzoyl peroxide helps. I also have a prescription for a Vitamin A cream which helps a lot.

In terms of long-term treatment I think nothing beats regular cleansing (twice per day and a double cleanse at nighttime) and 2-3 times per week using a good scrub. It really helps to get rid of any build up and opens up the pores.

In terms of spot treatment, I really like BENZAC AC Moderate Strength 5% Acne Gel – it’s affordable and you can get it in most pharmacies. For me it will bring down the inflammation in my pimples overnight and they tend to look a lot calmer in the morning and will pretty much disappear after 1-2 days most of the time.

Ella Bache Creme Intex 2, pricey but omg it lasts FOREVER! Put a blob on the pimple, cover with a circle bandaid and let it go overnight. It takes the pain away and draws the pimple to a head and you can empty then use your Cosrx patches (aren’t they fabulous!).

Ouch! They hurt so much! I have no tips, but following the thread to see what others say, as I’d like to know too!

    Bump!

I don’t get these often, thankfully. I use Clearasil all the time, but for regular zits, not those evil blind ones. I’ve had them right on the temple & that hurts like Hell!
