Shower Caddy

My shower caddy broke (the bamboo 2nd layer literally broke into 2 pieces horizontally across.
On the lookout for another to replace it.
This only lasted 5 months and costed $40.

Any suggestions?
Something that can hold lots of toiletries is desired 🙂

We have recently moved to a new home and are using Evovac Vacuum Fusion Technology Xpressions Suction Bathroom Shelf from Howards Storage World. It’s a white polycarbonate and stainless steel. We have one in each of our bathrooms. I love them. The large one (30 x 16 x 30) is $45. Good luck

Pillowtalk or Spotlight have some nice shower caddys.

The Linea Pearl White Shower Caddy from Pillowtalk has adjustable levels which is pretty good for those tall bottles.

Ikea has some really great affordable shower caddies which will last a long time without holding bacteria – easily cleaned as well

I purchased a metal one from a well known large chain store and it rusted in a week.

I have a cheap metal one from Ikea, I give it a good scrub and a clean every couple of months and it still looks like new. No rust yet and I’ve had it for at least 2 years.

I hate those 2 tiered ones as some of my larger bottles of shampoo or whatever don’t fit!!!

Our ensuite is a large double sized one so we bought 2 of these ones from bunnings and put one above the other – which is great because you can choose how much height you want on them! They were about $30 each but have lasted 6 months so far and still going strong! And they don’t get too grimy either, I just give them a clean when I clean the shower.

There are heaps of options in bunnings for this sort of stuff too

The suction is great on these too its like those super firm lock ones and no drilling needed.

I went through a number of them and wasn’t impressed with the design, functionality or durability til I managed to buy acrylic shower caddy from Aldi a while ago. you hang it over a shower screen. It has three shelves, easy to clean, very aesthetic. Looks like this one can last many many years

Our family’s shower was in the necessity of some serious help! We had so many bath products stored in the shower caddy. For instance, we had shampoo, conditioner and the like for me, a different kind for my wife, a different set for my daughter and even our dog.

haven’t had a chance to go shop for shower caddy. the shower caddy shelf that has broken is still usable for smaller toiletries items. I’m going to use it and cull the items i leave in the shower until i find one i like. One annoying thing about this shower caddy is that it is not stable. if i have toiletries on one end that is heavier, it will be unbalanced and swing. 2nd annoying thing is that i can’t use my shampoo pumps on this shower caddy. When i do, all the toiletries on it just swings. Each time, i have to remove the shampoo pump out to use. My last shower caddy has suction cups on the back for stability.

    sigh.
