Lash Serum?

Hi all

I’m looking for a lash serum (sorry if this topics been posted before i’ve had a look and couldn’t really find anything!)

Something that would help with the density (i tend to have quite short, straight lashes)

All i’ve been able to find is this http://www.beautyheaven.com.au/make-up/mascara-eye-liner/24010-l-oreal-paris-double-extension-renewal-serum-inside-mascara
But its not really what i’m after, something to add to my nighttime beauty routine.

thanks for your help!

I use Freeze Frame lash prescription, and always have one on hand as a back up so I don’t run out. It has helped with eyelash growth and reduces eyelash loss as well, quite expensive but worth it for me.

I love having great looking lashes. The L’oreal concentrated lash boosting serum is pretty good product for the eyelashes and so is the Givenchy mister lash booster which is available at Sephora.

Hello Bfuller, sometimes I think all the men in the world stole our lashes gene and we are just unlucky…lol…but then I found Mirenesse, an online miracle for makeup. We all strive for those lush lashes but for me, it will never come naturally. Mirenesse is a great company that contains amazing ingredients in their products. They are having sales atm so maybe a good time to try some of their stuff.
I have attached 2 links that I think could help you. The first link is the lash transplant, which I personally use as I can’t afford the serum on a regular basis, so I use the transplant fibres in the morning for an all day lush lash look (no other makeup required). This is then removed with some warm water so no rubbing and in turn, no removing our own precious lashes.
The 2nd link is for their serum and have only heard great things. So good luck with what you choose, let us know what worked for you 😉

Mirenesse has a bad reputation amongst us, mostly due to the way it does its bussiness, for example sending misleading emails to BH members regarding awards voting.

Back to the topic, I had visible results with shu uemura lash serum, which I used to use everynight, without irritation. I do not use it anymore due to laziness, but after seeing this topic I may bring myself to start on it again.

I’m currently on my second tube of Rapidlash serum and it definitely works!

I havent seen our Beautyheaven member Kats for ages, but after reading her blog and saw her results, I really wanted to try it. I didn’t want to use the glaucoma lash serum, I’ve also used that previously and although it does work, my eyes got really itchy and I found the skin under my eyes looked darkened and it looked like I needed a good night sleep…lol
The other thing I noticed was my lashes did grow really long, but they still looked a bit spindly and some of the hairs grew at odd angles, not directly straight. It was quite strange!

Since I’ve started on the Rapidlash, I’ve noticed my lashes have grown much longer, really noticeable when I’m wearing mascara. It’s so nice to finally have longer lashes, they are still quite modest in length compared to the lucky long lashed beauties, but for me, it’s a huge improvement from my short stumpy downward facing Asian lashes 😉
I haven’t noticed a huge difference in volume but definitely a longer length, but no unwanted side effects of itchy eyes or darkened skin under my eyes.

Here’s a link to Kats blog, if you would like to check it our for yourself.

I’ve used FreezeFrame Lash Prescription and it has helped my lashes become stronger. On their website they state: LASH PRESCRIPTION gives you the look of false lashes, only with your real lashes! This potent peptide technology is clinically proven to visibly increase lash length and fullness by up to 46.26% in just 14 days and a lush 72.29% in just 42 days. I can say that it does make my lash stronger (does not drop easily) but not too sure about longer. However you must use it continuously and it is quite costly.

Hi Sweelin88, It`s nice to see a crowned member finally discovering the forum.

There is a prescription eye drop called Bimatoprost for glaucoma and a side effect of longer lashes. It is now prescribed for lash regrowth and has been rebranded as Latisse in USA (with a 4 x price increase). You paint it on your lash line roots and two weeks later the difference is amazing. You have to then keep applying around 3 x weekly to keep the results. People have also used it to grow back eyebrows. Must be careful not to drip it anywhere else or you will get hair growing!

Many of the Asian lash serums have this I it although they do not disclose the % I think it’s .03 or something to get lash growth. Someone was saying here that castor oil also works. My sister has thyroid hair loss issues and was also told this.
