I need an “Electric Toothbrush” but which one?

Just enquiring to BH members which “Electric Toothbrush” do you use, if any, and what do you personally like about its benefits and features? This will help me greatly on making a good choice. Thank you.

I also bought an oral b electric toothbrush four years ago and it’s still going strong. I highly recommend the oral b ones. You can also get the refill toothbrush heads often on sale at Priceline too.

I have an Oral B I paid $20 at half-price. I switch between a regular toothbrush and my electric one, but the electric is definitely worth it. I would advise to buy a cheap one first and see how you like it.

I need 1 too. Seems like most of you are talking about Oral B. Probably I shall try it with Oral B.

I am also looking for a good electric toothbrush and now I’m choosing from both https://oralb.com/en-us/products/compare/electric-toothbrushes and https://www.beautyheaven.com.au/forums/help-ive-got-a-beauty-dilemma/i-need-an-electric-toothbrush-but-which-one
maybe anybody used it (or something others) and can recommend?

My dentist gave me an electric toothbrush (one without the quotation marks) – it’s an Oral B one but I haven’t used it yet. I’ve always used a manual toothbrush and I have been too lazy to try to figure out how the electric one works (I’m sure it only takes 2 seconds). After reading this thread I’m intrigued to try it.

I agree with Sootyhere and other Beauties vouching for oral b electric brushes. Ive used the same oral b electric toothbrush with no problems for 3 years. They are definately effective . You can also get the toothbrush heads often on sale at priceline too. Also welcome to the forums Sootyhere!

I have just purchased the Oral B electric toothbrush from Coles for around $20 (half-price). It is a great and I’m happy with it. My teeth definitely feel cleaner. Not sure how long the brush heads will last but it comes with a spare.

Have you spoken to your dentist?

I found out I was using a toothbrush that was way too hard for years and it was doing more harm than good!

Some of the electric ones these days are over $200 so I would check before investing 🙂

Try Oral B and wait till it is half price at the supermarket. It is rechargeable so no need to buy batteries.
