Help: Magnetic eyelashes

Hi,
I recently purchased a set of magnetic eyelashes. I’m having trouble getting them to get together close to my lashes. I purchased the tool that is supposed to make it easier, but still no luck. Help! My son’s engagement party is next weekend!

Thanks!

Everytime I saw magnetic lashes advertised on tv I’d wonder how you’re supposed to remove them. Wouldn’t pulling them off just ruin your own lashes?

S-P, in my experience, you give a tug to remove them: enough to pull at your lashes, but not enough to pull them out. Unless you wore them daily, but fake lashes of any kind are not something you`d wear daily.

    Hi,
I gave up after trying MANY TIMES! I bought FEG PRO ADVANCED eyelash enhancer growth serum and I saw the difference after 4 weeks. It’s not the same as wearing false eyelashes, but I don’t have to wear mascara every day. I’m very impressed. Having said that, I’ve just ordered the magnetic eyeliner and lashes as one of my sons is getting married soon. I’ll keep you posted…

So scared to use these, do let me know how you go. Other online reviews say it didn’t work for them :/ Good luck babe!

They never worked for me either. I gave up. I`ve added some new info further down. Thanks, hun.

  • I’ve heard from a lot of people that these lashes don’t work they say it’s best to buy the cheaper lashes

Late comment but just thought I’d share my experience with magnetic eyelashes cos I bought a few pairs off Aliexpress to try out – I bought both accent and full lash ones and I could not for the life of me get any of them to sit right. Also if you’ve got next to no lashes like me, wacking on a double layer of lashes is just way too much. I watched a ton of videos, but they just didn’t work and the bands don’t bend to follow the lash line so they poke out and are obvious if someone comes near you. I ended up taking off the magnets and using them as normal falsies and they looked way better. Also I lost way too many of my own lashes trying to get them on and off! So not was easy as it looks 🙁

Ok really late comment (sorry Serenas).

I purchased a cheap set off of eBay. I didn’t want to fork out over $100 for the real deal when I wasn’t sure it would work. I think they were called one two lash. So the set I got did not go the entire length of my eye. But the effect was wow!

They are hard to put on. I suppose with a bit more practice it would have gotten easier. But the magnets whilst really small were still visible.

What this did for me was show me how much better my eyelashes look with falsies. So I bought my first set and I gotta say I prefer them. They are still re usable up to a certain amount and you can trim them. They can go the entire length of your eye and I actually think they are easier to apply than the magnet variety.
