Foundation suggestions

I’m currently using Estée Lauder double wear foundation everyday, which is great but I’m wanting to know what other foundation people use that is less expensive for wearing to work but still gives you good coverage.

Thanks

Hi there! Try looking at Priceline or Chemist warehouse for affordable foundations. Try brands like maybelline, rimmel or revlon. If you talk to one of the beauty consultants a priceline, they’ll give you advice on the foundation for the right shade for your skin tone and best match fro your complexion.

I also recommend Loreal True Match, Revlon Color Stay and Bourjois Healthy Mix.
Currently I’m mixing Loreal with Bourjois (due to purchased wrong shade), but any of these above 3 are excellent on its own. I have normal/oily skin and prone to acne, but these foundation never breaks me out and they last all day.

The foundations that worked reallt well for me:

L’oreal true match and Revlon nearly naked (liquid) foundation. So dissapointed they don’t sell the liquid one anymore 🙁

Bourjois is another one that I’ve enjoyed using 🙂

I was on the trial team for the L’Oreal True Match foundation and the longer I’ve had it the more I’ve liked it. Definitely recommend!

I like the Maybelline Superstay 24HR Makeup. Works beautifully and is long wearing on my oily skin.

I can’t work out how to do a link but, if you put in the search bar just under the BeautyHeaven logo you will find a thread about this. The thread is called

    Estée Lauder double wear dupe

The Rimmel Stay Matte liquid Mousse foundation is my go to. It’s high coverage, available at most chemists and supermarkets, is really cheap and comes in a good colour range.

I have tried the L’Oréal infallible matte foundation. It’s a very similar consistancy to the rimmel stay matte foundation however I personally found the coverage to be not as full as the rimmel foundation.
