Facial skincare mask dilemma?!

Hello beauty(ful) people!

This is actually my first forum thread, and I am excited to find out more about what everyone loves about facial masks! I also have a slight dilemma when it comes to choosing a mask that works for my skin.

Let me tell you a bit about my skin. I would say that it is oily/combination, and surprisingly, my skin is VERY sensitive. I very rarely use face masks (or other harsher facial products/peels for that matter), as I often break out soon after using them unfortunately. I

So, wth all of your beauty knowledge, I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for well-worth it facial masks? Whether clay masks, sheet masks, peel off masks, charcoal masks or anything else! Thank you!

I like Summer Fridays Overtime Mask: https://www.mecca.com.au/summer-fridays/overtime-mask/I-036324.html. I enjoy the spiced pumpkin smell but it is also a gentle physical scrub. Keeps my face polished but tend to only use it once a week or once every two weeks.

    Hi Tiara101,

I have oily, break out prone skin and these are my favourite masks to use.

I love the L’Oréal marine algae clay mask. It really tightens my pores and for the next couple days my face isn’t as oily, it doesn’t over strip your face at all. I use that twice a week.

I use a sheet mask once a week to put some moisture into my skin and really love the dr Lewwins marine it is super good and hydrating and is one of the best masks for redness.

I also love the garnier black algae, it is super good for shrinking pores and minimising shine and oily

I have tried heaps of masks and these are my favourite ones for oily, acne prone skin and they don’t break my skin out or over strip my skin.

Hope this helps and WELCOME TO BEAUTY HEAVEN!!!

    Welcome Tiara101

I use a sukin pink clay mask for sensitive skin and have never had any issues with it. Sukin also have a supergreens mask for detoxifying which is also a good clay mask.
