Buy yourself a high end lipstick – say a Tom Ford or Chanel. There’s something about a luxe lipstick that just cheers you up.

I had really long hair, cut it up to shoulder length and went from black to bleach blonde haha I also like to pamper myself at home (face masks etc), it lets me relax and unwind 🙂

My boyfriend and I split up for few months and during that time I thought we were absolutely finished, but funny enough the whole breakup is actually what prompted me to take better care of my skin. I pampered myself every night with a sheet mask, started building a skincare regimen and the routine gave me mental and emotional discipline and calmed me every night (and the nights were the worst!).

I started exploring Korean skincare in particular and it’s changed my life to the point it’s become a new hobby. There is no time to feel sorry for the state of your love life when you realise there is so much out there to discover and have fun with.

Definitely a massage and a girls night out and most likely a new hair colour or hair cut and a good shower to get any reminder of him off me lol, just enjoy the ‘me time’ 🙂

Some self love is great. A massage, facial, hairstyle or any pampering can make you feel good.

I’m always a hair change… colour and cut etc and a bit of pampering… massage facial etc.
Just remember how amazing you are and give yourself some love.

I change my hair colour as well! I find it to be such a great way to get over someone and be a brand new woman!
I`ve gone from black to light brown to red to purple 😀

Pampering myself with something special or treat yourself to the spa, this is a perfect reminder that I am independent woman. I check for a beauty or fashion rut and try a different look, or perhaps I make a change that my significant other would have never approved of, that’s always empowering and feels fantastic.

STI check? I don’t date long term, so I don’t consider the end a breakups, sorry.
