BB or CC cream

I would whole heartedly recommend the Garnier BB cream also. I’m a huge advocate of natural makeup looks and found this was wonderful at correcting my skin tone without that disgusting clogging feeling of some makeup.

CC cream is lighter than BB cream. Olay CC cream is perfect for a newbie.

I prefer bb cream for everyday with foundation powder on top

I have since tried the LRP BB cream which I think is not bad. The coverage is quite sheer and a little sticky, but it does look better over the course of the day. It is also very easy to blend and good SPF.

I’ve only used the L’Oreal Paris Magic Skin Beautifier BB cream and the Yes To Grapefruit CC cream. I think both are good, but I prefer the CC cream. I think the CC cream is supposed to be a color corrector, but it seems like the same thing. I suggest getting a primer if you can because when I tried it, you could see a little bit of stuff.

I use the brand Nude which keeps my skin looking natural. I use the BB cream when I’m breaking out with the powder to set, otherwise if I’m having a good skin day I will just use a moisturiser and add a bit of powder on top! I hate heavy makeup on my face and I find Nude agrees with my skin really well!

I have just found out about primers, just because you are a beginner, doesn’t me you can’t try lots of things. Go to the Clinic counter at Myers or DJ, and ask for a sample of their primer, or just ask them to put some on you and then their foundation.

As far as BB creams go, Chi Chi and MOMMA are both really good.

I am currently obsessed with Natio Tinted Moisturiser. I am really liking a lighter coverage at the moment.

I thought the Garnier BB cream was okay until I started using Avon BB cream and also their CC cream. I also have another brand of BB cream which is a little too dark for me so I mix in a light coloured CC cream which gives a perfect match for my skin. It doesn’t hurt to experiment.

I think that’s a great idea. My favourite BB cream is the Natio BB cream. It’s lovely and gives good coverage. I cover it with Nude mineral powder and that’s my go-to day look for work. Good luck!
